Radisson Red Hotel V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, is set to open in the third quarter of this year.

The hotel will focus on an ageless millennial mind set. “Radisson Red embraces freedom, flexibility and fun, and will bring these elements to life through a whole new type of guest experience,” said Dale Simpson, Curator of Radisson Red Hotel V&A Waterfront, Cape Town.

Six grain silos have been transformed into sustainable spaces and the hotel will offer 220 Studios, 32 Studio Suites and a gym. Radisson Red will house four events and games studios for up to 90 guests, free WiFi and 24/7 entertainment tech throughout the property. For animal lovers, pets of 8kg or under are welcome to stay at the hotel as well.

The Red Roof is ideal for ‘early to late hangouts’, with a view of Table Mountain, craft beer on sale as well as a pool. The hotel also offers OUIBar and Ktchn, the resident bar and restaurant. There will also be the option to order in via the Red app.

“Forget stuffy hotels and rigid rules. Radisson Red is a revolution. From keyless entry to multifunctional social spaces, we’ve reinvented everything. We’ve made new rules. Welcome to the Redvolution Cape Town,” says Simpson.
