Ambassador Tambo and family after the unveiling of the Statue
Farewell Lunch hosted by Ambassador Tambo
On 11 December 2017, Ambassador Tambo hosted a farewell lunch for Embassy and Official Residence
staff. The event was held at Garigliano Restaurant. In short
remarks to Embassy colleagues, Ambassador Tambo
warmly thanked everyone for the excellent working rela-
tions she had had with Embassy officials over the last five
years. She said that she would forever treasure the hard
work and commitment of officials in supporting her during
her term.
On behalf of all Embassy officials, the Minister Plenipoten-
tiary, Dr Shel-
don Moulton,
paid tribute to Ambassador Tambo as a leader and a manager.
He extended sincere thanks to her for the manner in which she
had touched the lives of all officials. He also thanked her for
her generosity, her respect for the dignity of others and her
compassion, personal values which had made an impact on
the Embassy team.
